摘要
传统真空预压工艺会碰到高能耗、高成本和施工质量难控制等难点。针对难点问题进行研究,形成一套增压式真空预压快速固结组合工艺,主要包括局部土体增压式处理措施、减阻节能增效措施和适应性好的密封措施。结合工程实例,介绍了软土地基快速固结法的基本原理,详细阐述了施工工艺及流程,通过现场检测及效益分析验证了该工艺的可行性。
The traditional vacuum preloading process is characterized by high energy consumption,high cost and difficult construction quality control.In view of the above difficulties,a combined process of airboosted vacuum preloading and rapid consolidation,which mainly includes local soil pressurization treatment measures,resistance-reducing,energy-saving,and efficiency-increasing measures,and welladapted sealing measures,is formed.Combined with engineering examples,the basic principle of the soft ground fast consolidation method is introduced,the construction process and procedures are elaborated,and the feasibility of the process is verified through field testing and benefit analysis.
