新课标视野下中小学劳动教育研究:动因、走向与实施

摘要 《义务教育劳动课程标准(2022年版)》的颁布,既是对劳动课程独特价值的高度认可,也是对劳动教育时代诉求的有力回应。以《义务教育劳动课程标准(2022年版)》为出发点,分析劳动教育的现实境遇,利用双减政策与新课标逻辑耦合的发展契机、学生本位与核心素养价值诉求下的未来挑战催生劳动教育发展的“新”动力,从劳动内容、形式、资源、技术四个方面挖掘新时代劳动教育综合化、多样化、开放化、智能化的“新”走向。针对劳动教育的实施,建议实施起点上融入多元劳动教育活动设计、实施过程上诉诸多元主体的协同参与、实施效果上强调多元评价机制的丰富完善。 The promulgation of the Compulsory Education Labor Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition)is not only a high recognition of the unique value of labor courses,but also a powerful response to the demands of the labor education era.Taking the new labor curriculum standards as the starting point,this paper identifies the actual situation of labor education,and uses the development opportunity of the double reduction policy and the logical coupling of the new curriculum standards,and the future challenges under the demand of student-oriented and core literacy values to give birth to a“new”driving force for the development of labor education.From the four aspects of labor content,form,resources and technology,it explores the“new”trend of comprehensive,diversified,open and intelligent labor education in the new era;Finally,for the implementation of labor education,it is recommended that the design of diversified labor education activities be integrated into the implementation starting point,the coordinated participation of multiple entities be made in the implementation process,and the enrichment and improvement of the multiple evaluation mechanism be emphasized in the implementation effect.
