摘要 针对公路交通与能源基础设施融合发展中存在的政策机制不完善、标准体系不健全、融合模式不成熟等问题,为有效促进公路交通与能源基础设施融合发展,助力碳达峰碳中和目标的实现,从顶层规划、标准体系和融合实践场景模式3个层面梳理了公路交通与能源基础设施融合发展现状,总结了融合发展成果,分析了融合工程项目在实施过程中存在的问题,探讨了融合发展趋势,最后提出了推进融合发展的相关建议。 In view of the problems of incomplete policy mechanisms,incomplete standard systems and immature integration models in the integrated development of highway transport and energy infrastructure,in order to effectively promote the integrated development of highway transport and energy infrastructure to assist in achieving carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals,this paper sorted out the current status of integrated development of highway transport and energy infrastructure from three levels of top-level planning,standard system and integration practice scenario modes,summarized the achievement of integrated development,analyzed the problems existing in the implementation process of integrated engineering project,discussed the integrated development trend,and finally put forward some suggestions for future development.
