交通运输行业光伏发展现状及对策建议 被引量:10

摘要 推动交通运输行业因地制宜发展光伏,是优化能源结构,助力行业实现“双碳”目标的重要举措。党中央、国务院以及交通运输、能源等行业管理部门通过制定支持鼓励政策,加大科技创新力度等方式,大力推动交通运输光伏推广应用。近年来在公路、铁路、轨道交通、港口等领域光伏示范工程不断增多,但目前仍存在应用规模不大、智慧化水平不高、布局不均衡、可复制推广经验不多等突出问题。为解决以上问题,建议下一步应重点加强行业光伏开发顶层设计,强化管理部门统筹协调,逐步优化市场体制机制,加大关键技术研发力度,依托试点示范工程促进科技成果转化,形成可复制可推广的光伏开发模式,推动交通运输行业光伏高质量发展。 Promoting the development of photovoltaics in the transportation industry according to local conditions is an important measure to optimize the energy structure and help the industry achieve the goal of "double carbon".The Party Central Committee,the State Council and the management departments of transportation,energy and other industries have vigorously promoted the popularization and application of photovoltaic in transportation by formulating support and encouragement policies and intensifying scientific and technological innovation. In recent years,photovoltaic demonstration projects have been increasing in the fields of roads,railways,rail transit,ports,etc.,but there are still some outstanding problems such as small application scale,low level of intelligence,unbalanced layout,and little experience in replication and popularization. To solve the above problems,it is suggested that the next step should focus on strengthening the top-level design of photovoltaic development in the industry,strengthening the overall coordination of management departments,gradually optimizing the market system and mechanism,increasing the research and development of key technologies,relying on pilot demonstrations to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,forming a photovoltaic development model that can be replicated and popularized,and promoting the high-quality development of photovoltaics in the transportation industry.
