摘要
“1+X”证书制度试点是职业教育教学模式改革和评价模式改革的重要举措,是提高学生职业技能的重要抓手,是深化校企合作的重要制度设计。我校以“1+X”证书试点为契机,创新校企双元共育人才的培养机制,探寻大数据技术专业人才培养模式改革,深化校企合作和“三教”改革,在专业与岗位对接、课程知识与技能融合、书证衔接和融通等方面进行了有益探索和实践,实现大数据专业职业教育“1”和“X”有效衔接,培养一专多能的大数据高素质技术技能人才。
The pilot of the"1+X"certificate system is an important measure for the reform of vocational education teaching and evaluation models,an important lever to improve students'vocational skills,and an important institutional design to deepen school enterprise cooperation.Our school takes the"1+X"certificate pilot project as an opportunity to innovate the training mechanism for dual education of talents between schools and enterprises,explore the reform of talent training mode for big data technology major,deepen cooperation between schools and enterprises,and reform the"three education"system,Beneficial exploration and practice have been conducted in areas such as professional and job integration,integration of course knowledge and skills,and integration of documentary evidence,Effectively connecting"1"and"X"in vocational education for big data majors,and cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents with one major and multiple abilities in big data.
