多元化教学法在中医脾胃病临床教学中的应用探讨

摘要 目的 探讨中医脾胃病临床教学中多元化教学法的应用价值。方法 选择2019年8月—2021年8月于上海市光华中西医结合医院参与中医临床教学的46名实习生为研究对象,将2019年8月—2020年8月23名实习生为参照组,2020年9月—2021年8月23名实习生为研究组,参照组采取传统教学+微信平台教学模式,研究组采取问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)+微课+微信平台教学模式,对比两组教学结果。结果 在教学结束后,研究组实习生的理论与实践操作考核成绩均高于参照组;教师对研究组综合能力评价高于参照组;研究组教学满意率(95.65%)高于参照组(73.91%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将PBL+微课+微信平台的多元化教学法应用于中医脾胃病临床教学中,实习生可以掌握扎实的理论知识与实操能力,并且提高教师对其综合能力的评价,实现实习生对教学模式满意率的提升。 Objective To explore the application value of diversified teaching method in clinical teaching of spleen and stomach diseases.Methods From August 2019 to August 2021,a total of 46 interns participating in clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine in Shanghai Guanghua Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were included as the research objects.From August 2019 to August 2020,they were named as the reference group,and from September 2020 to August 2021,they were named as the study group.Traditional teaching+WeChat platform teaching mode was used in the reference group,and problem-based learning(PBL)+micro-lesson+WeChat platform teaching mode was used in the research group,and the teaching results of the two groups were compared.Results At the end of teaching,the theoretical and practical performance of the study group was higher than that of the reference group.Teachers'evaluation of comprehensive ability of the research group was higher than that of the reference group.The teaching satisfaction rate of the study group was(95.65%)higher than that of the reference group(73.91%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL+micro-class+WeChat platform in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine with spleen and stomach diseases can ensure that interns master solid theoretical knowledge and practical ability,and improve teachers'evaluation of their comprehensive ability,so as to improve the satisfaction rate of interns with the teaching method.
