摘要
为了研究碱金属对焦炭的微观组织及溶损反应变化规律,利用高温热重分析仪和红外冶金加热设备对焦炭进行了气化实验,采用X射线衍射仪、偏光显微镜研究分析了产物微观结构和光学组织的变化。结果表明,随着碱金属溶液浓度的增大,焦炭起始反应温度降低,层片间距d_(002)、堆积高度Lc、微晶尺寸La、片层数N、芳香碳层的芳环个数n及石墨化度r_0均随着碱金属浓度和反应时间的增加而增加。
To study the influence of alkali metals on the microstructure of coke and the changing rules of melting loss reaction,the gasification experiment of coke was carried out by high-temperature thermogravimetric analyzer and infrared metallurgical heating equipment,and the changes of microstructure and optical structures of the products were analyzed by X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and polarized microscope.The results show that with the increase of alkali metal solution concentration,the initial reaction temperature of coke decreases,and the layer spacing d002,the stacking height Lc,the microcrystal size La,the number of layers N,the number of aromatic rings n and the degree of graphitization r0 increase with the increase of alkali metal concentration and reaction time.
