摘要
常规的发电调度方法以发电机组负荷优化为主,无法避免调峰对水电站的负面影响,导致发电量与预期不符。为此,研究了随机森林算法在水电站发电调度中的应用。以水位、出力、流量等约束条件,提取水电站发电调度规则。利用随机森林算法,预测水电站发电量,确定随机动态调度过程的期望发电量。构建水电站发电调度模型,消除调峰对水电站的负面影响,使最终的发电调度与期望发电调度保持一致,从而实现水电站发电的高效调度。采用对比实验方式,以六安三河电站为例,验证了该调度方法的发电量与预期相符,能够适应发电调度环境,具有较高的推广价值。
The conventional generation dispatching method is mainly based on the optimization of electric generator load,which cannot avoid the negative impact of peak load regulation on hydropower stations,resulting in power generation not meeting expectations.Therefore,the application of stochastic forest algorithm in hydropower generation dispatching is studied.The generation dispatching rules of hydropower station are extracted with water level,output and flow constraints.By using stochastic forest algorithm,the power generation of hydropower station is predicted,and the expected power generation of stochastic dynamic dispatching process is determined.The generation dispatching model of hydropower station is constructed to eliminate the negative influence of peak shaving on hydropower station,so that the final generation dispatching is consistent with the expected generation dispatching.By means of contrast experiment,taking Lu′an Sanhe Power Station as an example,it is verified that the generation capacity of this dispatching method is in accordance with the expectation.This method can adapt to the power generation dispatching environment and has high promotion value.
