摘要
为探究饲喂不同谷物对马驹肠道发育的影响,选择平均体重为(112.39±7.50)kg、5月龄断奶的哈萨克马公马驹为研究对象,马驹均在2019年3月出生(±5 d),7月31日统一人工干预断奶,且健康状况良好。将18匹断奶的马驹根据补饲谷物不同随机分为3个组,分别为玉米组(6匹)、燕麦组(6匹)和大麦组(6匹)。在马驹精料补充料中淀粉摄入量相等条件下,按照马驹每千克体重补喂2 g淀粉(干物质)来计算玉米、燕麦和大麦的实际补喂量,进行60 d的饲养试验。在试验结束后将马驹进行屠宰,分别取十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠和结肠等肠段的中段组织5 cm,迅速置于4%多聚甲醛固定液中保存,用于后续组织形态测定。结果表明,十二指肠隐窝深度,玉米组马驹比燕麦组显著降低21.06%(P<0.05);十二指肠绒毛高度与隐窝深度比值(V/C),玉米组马驹比燕麦组极显著提高36.45%(P<0.01),比大麦组显著提高18.22%(P<0.05);玉米组可提高马驹空肠和回肠绒毛高度、V/C值与黏膜厚度,降低空肠隐窝深度(P>0.05)。盲肠黏膜厚度,大麦组马驹分别比玉米组和燕麦组显著增加25.25%和18.98%(P<0.05);结肠黏膜厚度大麦组马驹分别比玉米组和燕麦组增加10.02%和4.21%(P>0.05)。在本试验条件下,饲喂蒸汽压片玉米和大麦能够显著改善断奶马驹小肠和大肠的肠道形态及功能,在促进幼龄动物肠道生长发育方面具有积极影响。
The aim of this experiment is to study the effects of feeding different grains on the intestinal development of weaned foals and provide theoretical basis and parameters for investigating the effects of different grain diets on the intestinal development and nutrient absorption of weaned foals.Kazakh horse stallions with an average weight of 112.39 kg(±7.50 kg),weaned at 5 months of age,all born in March,2019(±5 d),weaned on July 31 by uniform manual intervention,and in good health were selected for the study.The 18 weaned male foals were randomly divided into three groups according to the different supplemental grains:corn group(6),oats group(6)and barley group(6).The actual supplemental feeding of corn,oats and barley was calculated by feeding 2 g of starch(dry matter)per kg of body weight in a 60 d feeding trial under conditions of equal starch intake in the foal concentrate supplement.At the end of the trial all foals were slaughtered,and 5 cm of mid-section tissue from the duodenum,jejunum,ileum,cecum and colon were taken and rapidly stored in 4%paraformaldehyde fixative for preservation for subsequent histomorphometry.The results showed that the depth of the duodenal crypt was significantly reduced by 21.06%(P<0.05)in corn group foals compared to oats group.Duodenal V/C values were highly significantly increased by 36.45%(P<0.01)and 18.22%(P<0.05)in corn group foals compared with the oats group;the corn group increased the height of jejunal and ileal villi,V/C values and mucosal thickness in foals,and decreased the jejunal crypt depth(P>0.05).Mucosal thickness of cecum was significantly increased by 25.25%and 18.98%in the barley group compared with the corn and oats groups,respectively(P<0.05);mucosal thickness of colon was increased by 10.02%and 4.21%in the barley group compared with the corn and oats groups,respectively(P>0.05).In conclusion,feeding steam-pressed corn and barley to weaned foals under the present experimental conditions significantly improved the intestinal morphology and function of the
