摘要
在我国科学技术发展过程中需要各种各样的材料,其中对重金属的需求量非常大。在土壤中包含着丰富的重金属,需要利用科技手段将其从土壤中分离出来。但由于重金属有着各种不同的形态,分离重金属的操作又十分复杂,因此需要对土壤中的重金属形态进行深入的分析。除此以外,在土壤中重金属的含量一旦过高,就有可能对环境产生严重的危害,甚至会破坏生态系统。因而国家一直非常重视土壤中的重金属形态,而相关人员也一直对土壤中的重金属形态进行化学分析,在环境分析领域中重金属形态化学分析已经成为一个重要的课题。鉴于此,本文首先论述了土壤中重金属存在的化学形态,其次分析了土壤中出现重金属污染的主要来源,再次阐述了提取重金属形态的方法,最后陈述土壤中重金属元素的原位形态分析的方式,希望能够为土壤中重金属形态化学分析贡献一份微薄之力。
In the process of the development of science and technology in China,various materials are needed,and the demand for heavy metals is very large.The soil contains rich heavy metals,which need to be separated from the soil by scientific and technological means.However,due to the different forms of heavy metals and the complex operation of separating heavy metals,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis of the forms of heavy metals in soil.In addition,once the content of heavy metals in the soil is too high,it may cause serious harm to the environment,and even damage the ecosystem.Therefore,the state has always attached great importance to the speciation of heavy metals in soil,and relevant personnel have also been conducting chemical analysis on the speciation of heavy metals in soil.In the field of environmental analysis,the speciation chemical analysis of heavy metals has become an important topic.In view of this,this paper first discusses the chemical forms of heavy metals in soil,then analyzes the main sources of heavy metal pollution in soil,expounds the methods of extracting heavy metal forms again,and finally states the methods of in-situ speciation analysis of heavy metals in soil,hoping to contribute to the chemical analysis of heavy metals in soil.
