摘要
以内检测数据为基础,对腐蚀缺陷的评价方法进行了梳理与应用。腐蚀缺陷评价流程包括数据采集、内检测数据统计与分析、腐蚀缺陷剩余强度评价及维修决策。基于工程实例,对某天然气管道进行腐蚀缺陷评价,分析了腐蚀缺陷数量、长度、深度沿检测里程的分布及腐蚀数量与管道高程的关系,掌握了需重点关注的管段。对此管道进行剩余强度评价及维修策略制定,结果为目前不需要立即维修,但在12年后,腐蚀缺陷不能满足管道安全运行,需进行计划维修。
Based on the in-line inspection data,the evaluation methods of corrosion defects are combed and applied in this paper.The corrosion defect evaluation process includes data acquisition,data statistics,corrosion defect residual strength evaluation and maintenance decision.The corrosion defects assessment were applied in a natural gas pipeline as the project case.In the project case,the distribution of corrosion defect quantity,length and depth along detection distance and the relationship between corrosion quantity and pipeline elevation were analyzed,and several sectors were focused on.The residual strength evaluation and maintenance strategy were carried out,and the result was that no immediate maintenance was needed at present.But corrosion defects could not meet the safe operation of the pipeline after 12 years,and planned maintenance was needed.
