基于薄壁孔口出流的管道检测设备泄流模型 被引量:5

Discharge model of pipeline inspection device based on the outflow of orifice with thin wall

摘要 针对高流速天然气管道内常规检测设备无法使用的问题,提出了开泄流孔主动调控设备运行速度的方法,建立了基于泄流孔调速的模型,并推导出泄流公式。但公式中泄流孔局部阻力因数的取值较困难,导致应用不便。根据检测设备泄流孔的特点和流体力学孔口出流方面的理论,建立了基于薄壁孔口出流的管道检测设备泄流模型,推导出薄壁孔口出流公式,在介质输送满足雷诺数不低于105的条件下,且泄流孔尺寸较小时,泄流孔局部阻力因数为0.06。根据新建泄流模型对固定泄流面积的检测器和速度控制清管器的运行速度进行了预测,其计算结果与现场运行情况一致,新建泄流模型参数较少、结构简单,方便工程现场计算。 The conventional inspection devices cannot be used in gas pipelines with high flow velocity condition. To solve this problem, a method to control actively the running speed of the devices by drilling the discharge hole was proposed, a speed control model based on discharge hole was established, and the discharge formula was derived. But this formula is inconvenient for application for its local resistance coefficient of discharge hole cannot be determined easily. According to the characteristics of the discharge hole in the inspection device and the theory of fluid mechanics on the orifice outflow, a discharge model for pipeline inspection device based on thin-wall orifice outflow was established, and the formula of thin- wall orifice outflow was derived. It is shown that the local resistance coefficient of discharge hole is 0.06 when the Reynolds number (Re) of medium transportation is not lower than 10^5 and the discharge hole is small. And the newly built discharge model was used to predict the running speed of the inspection device with fixed discharge area and that of the speed control pig, and the calculation results are in accordance with the actual operation. To sum up, this new discharge model is structurally simple with fewer parameters and convenient for the industrial field calculation.
