一种实用的低功耗产品电池寿命评估方法分析

摘要 阐述对于电池供电的低功耗产品,给出一种电池寿命评估方法。电池供电的低功耗产品的待机电流和工作电流一般相差较大,分别采用万用表和示波器测量产品的待机电流和工作电流,测量工作电流时借助示波器使用电阻取样法进行测量,获取产品工作时的动态电流,对电流曲线进行积分得到产品单次工作能耗,然后根据电池容量进行电池寿命评估。为了提高评估的准确性,对采样电阻的阻值进行校准,同时消除示波器的偏移误差和增益误差。 This paper presents a battery life assessment method for battery powered low-power products.The standby current and working current of battery powered low-power products are generally quite different.The standby current and working current of the product are measured with a multimeter and an oscilloscope respectively.When measuring the working current,the resistance sampling method is used with an oscilloscope to obtain the dynamic current of the product when it is working.The single working energy consumption of the product is obtained by integrating the current curve,and then the battery life is evaluated according to the battery capacity.In order to improve the accuracy of the evaluation,the resistance of the sampling resistance is calibrated,and the offset error and gain error of the oscilloscope are eliminated.
