CXC趋化因子受体7和M2型丙酮酸激酶在结直肠癌组织的表达及其临床意义 被引量:1

Expression and clinical significance of CXC chemokine receptor 7 and M2-pyruvate kinase in colorectal cancer

摘要 目的:探讨CXC趋化因子受体7(CXCR7)和M2型丙酮酸激酶(PKM2)在结直肠癌组织的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测2017年10月至2022年12月大庆龙南医院(齐齐哈尔医学院第五附属医院)121例结直肠癌组织和对应癌旁组织中CXCR7和PKM2的表达,采用χ^(2)检验分析CXCR7和PKM2表达与结直肠癌临床病理因素的关系。结果:CXCR7在结直肠癌组织中表达率为62.81%(76/121),明显高于对应癌旁组织中阳性表达率33.06%(40/121),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.458,P<0.01)。CXCR7表达水平与结直肠癌患者淋巴结转移、TNM分期、浸润深度明显相关(χ^(2)=5.061、5.945、4.831,P<0.05),CXCR7表达水平与结直肠癌患者组织学分化程度、性别、年龄、肿瘤部位无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.001、0.001、0.371、0.068,P>0.05)。PKM2在结直肠癌组织中表达率为72.73%(88/121),明显高于对应癌旁组织中阳性表达率15.70%(19/121),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=79.762,P<0.01)。PKM2表达水平与结直肠癌患者浸润深度、淋巴结转移、组织学分化程度、TNM分期明显相关(χ^(2)=5.459、0.020、6.050、6.594,P<0.05),PKM2表达水平与结直肠癌患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.013、0.001、0.043,P>0.05)。结论:CXCR7和PKM2在结直肠癌组织中的表达水平明显升高,且CXCR7和PKM2高表达与结直肠癌患者预后不良相关,检测CXCR7和PKM2的表达有助于评判结直肠癌患者的恶性程度和预后。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CXC chemokine receptor 7(CXCR7)and M2-pyruvate kinase(PKM2)in colorectal cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CXCR7 and PKM2 in 121 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and corresponding adjacent tissues from October 2017 to December 2022 in Daqing Longnan Hospital(the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College).Chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between CXCR7 and PKM2 expression and clinicopathological factors of colorectal cancer.Results The expression rate of CXCR7 in colorectal cancer tissues was 62.81%(76/121),which was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal colorectal tissues[33.06%(40/121),χ^(2)=21.458,P<0.01].The expression level of CXCR7 was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis,tumor node metastasis stage(TNM stage)and depth of invasion in patients with colorectal cancer(respectively,χ^(2)=5.061,5.945,4.831,P<0.05).The expression level of CXCR7 was not significantly correlated with histological differentiation,gender,age and tumor location in patients with colorectal cancer(respectively,χ^(2)=0.001,0.001,0.371,0.068,P>0.05).The expression rate of PKM2 in colorectal cancer tissues was 72.73%(88/121),which was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal colorectal tissues[15.70%(19/121)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=79.762,P<0.01).The expression level of PKM2 was significantly correlated with the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis,histological differentiation and TNM stage of colorectal cancer patients(respectively,χ^(2)=5.459,0.020,6.050,6.594,P<0.05).The expression level of PKM2 was not significantly correlated with gender,age and tumor location of colorectal cancer patients(respectively,χ^(2)=0.013,0.001,0.043,P>0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of CXCR7 and PKM2 in colorectal cancer tissues are significantly increased,and the high expression of CXCR7 and PKM2 is related to the poor prognosis of patien
