CXC趋化因子受体7和B7-H4在甲状腺癌组织的表达及其临床意义 被引量:3

Expression and clinical significance of CXC chemokine receptor 7 and B7-H4 in thyroid cancer

摘要 目的探讨CXC趋化因子受体7(CXCR7)蛋白和B7-H4蛋白在甲状腺癌组织中的表达,以及两者与甲状腺癌病理特征的关系及临床意义。方法收集2017年1月至2022年9月广东医科大学附属医院病理确诊的131例甲状腺肿瘤患者的组织标本,其中33例甲状腺瘤组织标本、98例甲状腺癌组织标本,同时另选择20例正常甲状腺组织标本为对照组。采用免疫组织化学法检测上述组织中CXCR7蛋白和B7-H4蛋白的表达水平,组间比较采用χ^(2)检验,分析CXCR7蛋白和B7-H4蛋白的表达水平与甲状腺癌临床病理参数的关系。结果正常甲状腺组织、甲状腺瘤组织和甲状腺癌组织中的CXCR7蛋白表达率分别为15.00%(3/20)、42.42%(14/33)和77.55%(76/98),两两之间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.167、29.371、4.299,P<0.05),CXCR7表达水平与甲状腺癌TNM分期、病理类型、颈淋巴结转移明显相关(χ^(2)=8.989、6.144、5.532,P<0.05),CXCR7表达水平与甲状腺癌性别、年龄、组织分化程度、包膜浸润无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.002、0.015、0.492、0.023,P>0.05)。正常甲状腺组织、甲状腺瘤组织和甲状腺癌组织中的B7-H4蛋白阳性表达率分别为20.00%(4/20)、48.49%(16/33)和81.63%(80/98),两两之间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.854、30.761、4.300,P<0.05)。B7-H4表达水平与甲状腺癌TNM分期、病理类型、颈淋巴结转移和包膜浸润明显相关(χ^(2)=9.941、4.986、4.923、6.661,P<0.05),B7-H4表达水平与甲状腺癌性别、年龄、组织分化程度无明显相关(χ^(2)=0.044、0.008、0.164,P>0.05)。结论CXCR7蛋白和B7-H4蛋白在甲状腺癌组织呈高表达,CXCR7和B7-H4表达水平与甲状腺癌的发展、转移及恶性程度明显相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of CXC chemokine receptor 7(CXCR7)protein and B7-H4 protein in thyroid cancer,and their relationship with the pathological characteristics and clinical significance of thyroid cancer.Methods The tissue samples of 131 patients with thyroid tumors confirmed by pathology in the Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Medical University from January 2017 to September 2022 were collected,including 33 cases of thyroid tumor tissue samples and 98 cases of thyroid cancer tissue samples,and 20 cases of normal thyroid tissue samples were selected as the control group.The expression levels of CXCR7 protein and B7-H4 protein in the above tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,the statistical analysis of chi-square test was carried out,and the relationship between the expression levels of CXCR7 protein and B7-H4 protein and the clinicopathological parameters of thyroid cancer was analyzed.Results The expression rates of CXCR7 protein in normal thyroid tissues,thyroid tumor tissues and thyroid cancer tissues were 15.00%(3/20),42.42%(14/33)and 77.55%(76/98)respectively,with significant difference(χ^(2)=14.167,29.371,4.299,P<0.05).The expression level of CXCR7 was significantly correlated thyroid cancer with tumor node metastasis stage(TNM stage),pathological type and cervical lymph node metastasis(χ^(2)=8.989,6.144,5.532,P<0.05).The expression level of CXCR7 was not correlated with gender,age,differentiation degree and capsular invasion of thyroid cancer(χ^(2)=0.002,0.015,0.492,0.023,P>0.05).The expression rates of B7-H4 protein in normal thyroid tissues,thyroid tumor tissues and thyroid cancer tissues were 20.00%(4/20),48.49%(16/33)and 81.63%(80/98)respectively with significant difference(χ^(2)=13.854,30.761,4.300,P<0.05).The expression level of B7-H4 was significantly correlated with TNM stage,pathological type,cervical lymph node metastasis and capsular invasion of thyroid cancer(χ^(2)=9.942,4.986,4.923,6.661,P<0.05).The expression level of B7-H4 was not significantly correlated w
