摘要
《中华人民共和国药典》中收载的中药材山慈菇Cremastra appendiculata,为兰科植物杜鹃兰Cremastra appen⁃diculata(D.Don)Makino或独蒜兰Pleione bulbocodioides(Franch)Rolfe或云南独蒜兰Pleione yunnanensis Rolfe的干燥假鳞茎,味甘、微辛,性凉,归肝、脾经,作为传统中药具有清热解毒、化痰散结等功效,常用于治疗痈肿疔毒、瘰疬痰核、蛇虫咬伤、癥瘕痞块等。近年来,随着对山慈菇及其提取物生物活性研究的不断深入,其抗肿瘤、抗氧化、神经保护、抗菌、抗痛风、降脂降糖、提高造血功能及增强免疫等药理作用受到广泛关注;此外,山慈菇还常与其他中药组成复方,在呼吸系统、消化系统、内分泌代谢系统等疾病的治疗方面疗效确切,临床应用前景广阔。目前对于山慈菇的研究较多,但大多以抗肿瘤和抗氧化作用的研究开发为主,且存在缺乏基因研究、信号通路研究与大样本随机对照临床研究等问题,故文章通过分析和总结山慈菇最新研究文献,从其药理作用的基础研究和复方的临床研究两个方面进行综述,并总结目前研究中存在的不足之处,以期为山慈菇的临床应用和新药研发提供参考。
Shancigu(Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus)included in Chinese Pharmacopoeia is the dried pseudobulb of Dujuanlan[Cremastra appendiculata(D.Don)Makino]or Dusuanlan[Pleione bulbocodioides(Franch)Rolfe]or Yunnan Dusuanlan(Pleione yunnanensis Rolfe).It is sweet in taste,slightly pungent,cool in nature,and belongs to the liver and spleen meridians.As a traditional Chinese medicine,it has the functions of clearing heat and detoxifying,revolving phlegm and dispersing knot,and it is often used to treat carbuncle,scrofula,phlegm and nucleus,snake and insect bites,abdominal mass,etc.In recent years,with the deepening of the research on the biological activities of Shancigu(Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus)and its extracts,its anti-tumor,antioxidant,neuroprotection,antibacterial,anti-gout,lipid-lowering and glu⁃cose-lowering,improvement of hematopoietic function and immune-enhancing effects have attracted more attention.In addi⁃tion,the compound prescription composed of Shancigu(Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus)and other Chinese med⁃icines is effective in the treatment of diseases of the respiratory system,digestive system,endocrine metabolic system and so on and has a broad clinical application prospect.At present,there are many studies on Shancigu(Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus),but they mainly focus on the research and development of anti-tumor and antioxidant effects,and there are prob⁃lems such as lack of gene studies,signal pathway studies and large sample randomized controlled clinical studies.Therefore,the article reviewed the basic research on its pharmacological effects and the clinical research on compounding,and summarized the shortcomings of the current research by analyzing and summarizing the latest research literature,so as to provide reference for the clinical application and new drug development of Shancigu(Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Pleiones Pseudobulbus).
