摘要
角药是将3味中药联合使用,相配成伍,互为犄角,以发挥最佳效用。李佩文教授认为痰、瘀、郁、虚为乳腺癌的关键病机,文章从散结抗瘤、防治并发症两方面归纳总结了李教授针对乳腺癌不同阶段病因病机常用的12组角药,辨证与辨病相结合,将瓜蒌皮-山慈菇-生甘草、橘核-荔枝核-猫爪草等5组角药配伍以预防乳腺癌患者复发转移,用女贞子-枸杞子-菟丝子、路路通-王不留行-露蜂房等7组角药以防治各类并发症,药简力专,疗效颇佳,以期指导临床治疗。
Triangular medicine is an‘organic combination of three-flavored Chinese medicines that compatible with each other to make the best effect.Professor LI Pei-wen thinks that phlegm,stasis,stagnation and deficiency are the key pathogenesis of breast cancer.In this paper,12 groups of triangular medicines used by professor LI for different etiology and pathogenesis of breast cancer were summarized from two aspects of soften hardness and dissipate masses,prevention and treatment of complications.In order to prevent the recurrence and metastasis of breast cancer,combined with disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,five groups of triangular medicines were combined,including pericarpium trichosanthis,edible tulip,liquorice,citri reticulatae semen,litchi seed and radix rnunculi ternate.And he used lucidum-wolfberry-dodder,fructus liquidambaris-cowherb seed-nidus vespae and other 7 groups of triangular medicine to prevent and treat all kinds of complications,and with less drugs getting more specific effect,to reinforce healthy qi and achieve the best curative effect,in order to guide the clinical treatment.
