摘要
目的:研究虚拟现实(VR)技术在儿童MR检查中的镇静效果,并与常规水合氯醛镇静进行对比。方法:选取2022年6—9月我院放射科行脑部MR平扫和增强检查的学龄前期及低学龄期儿童为样本进行研究,按照干预方法和年龄将受试者分为4组(A组:3~5岁VR宣教组;B组:3~5岁水合氯醛组;C组:6~8岁VR宣教组;D组:6~8岁水合氯醛组),每组20人。比较4组在镇静配合度、镇静完成时间和MR图像质量评分三个指标是否存在差异。结果:对于学龄前期儿童,在镇静配合度、镇静完成时间方面,A组优于B组,差异具有统计学意义;在图像质量评分方面方面,B组优于A组。对于低学龄期儿童,在镇静配合度、镇静完成时间方面,C组优于D组,差异有统计学意义;在图像质量评分方面,C组与D组无统计学差异。结论:对于学龄前期儿童,VR宣教可以有效提高镇静配合度,减少检查完成时间,用于水合氯醛药物镇静的初筛手段。对于低学龄期儿童,VR宣教可以获得与水合氯醛药物镇静相似的图像质量,减少镇静药物的使用。
Objective:To study the sedation effect of virtual reality(VR)technology in MR examination in children and to compare it with conventional chloral hydrate sedation.Methods:Preschool and low school-age children who underwent brain MR plain and enhanced examinations in the radiology department of our hospital from June to September 2022 were selected for the study,and the subjects were divided into four groups according to the intervention methods and age(group A:3~5 years old VR education group;group B:3~5 years old chloral hydrate group;group C:6~8 years old VR education group;group D:6~8 years old chloral hydrate group).Each group contains 20 subjects.The four groups were compared for differences in three indexes:sedation cooperation,sedation completion time and MR image quality score.Results:For preschoolaged children,group A was better than group B in terms of sedation cooperation and sedation completion time,and the differences were statistically significant;group B was better than group A in terms of image quality scores.For children of low school age,group C was better than group D in terms of sedation cooperation and sedation completion time,and the differences were statistically significant;there was no statistical difference between group C and group D in image quality scores.Conclusion:For preschool-aged children,VR education can effectively improve sedation cooperation and reduce examination completion time,which can serve as a preliminary screening means before drug sedation.For children of low school age,VR education can achieve similar image quality compared with chloral hydrate sedation,and reduce the use of sedative medications.
