摘要
随着世界能源短缺问题的加剧,煤化工企业的深加工项目获得了更多的生存空间和发展空间。煤化工企业在生产过程中往往需要面临易燃易爆和有毒有害物质,因此本文对煤化工企业风险评价和安全检查重点问题进行了分析与讨论。介绍了化工企业风险评价的相关内容,阐述了化工企业在安全检查中需要重点关注的内容,并提出了提升煤化工企业安全管理工作的建议:加强煤化工企业的安全生产责任制度建设;提升企业全体员工的安全意识;加强安全检查工作的执行力度;建立专业的应急救援组织。以期能够为煤化工企业的安全生产提供一定的参考。
With the intensification of the world energy shortage,the deep processing projects of coal chemical enterprises have gained more living space and development space.Coal chemical enterprises often need to face flammable,explosive and toxic and harmful substances in the production process,so this paper analyzes and discusses the key issues of risk assessment and safety inspection of coal chemical enterprises.So we introduce the relevant content of the risk assessment of chemical enterprises,expound the key contents of chemical enterprises in the safety inspection,and put forward suggestions for improve the safety management of coal chemical enterprises as follows.Strengthen the construction of safety production responsibility system of coal chemical enterprises.Enhance the safety awareness of all employees.Strengthen the implementation of the safety inspection work.Establish professional emergency rescue organizations.In order to provide reference for the development of coal chemical enterprises.
