摘要 在对基于风险的检验技术(RBI)、以可靠性为中心的维护技术(RCM)及安全完整性评估技术(SIL)在我国石化装置中的应用研究及分析基础上,对基于风险的资产管理技术(RBI/RCM/SIL)在石化装置风险控制中的相互关系、我国石化装置风险管理体系建设中存在的问题及解决的方法进行了深入分析。提出了以失效数据库建设为核心的石化装置风险管理体系建设的设想及失效数据库建设的内容,对适合我国国情的石化装置风险管理体系建设具有借鉴作用。 Based on the research and analysis of the application of Risk Based Inspection (RBI), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Safety Integrity Level(SIL)techniques in domestic petrochemical industry,the relation between risk based asset management techniques (RBI/RCM/ SIL) in risk control of petrochemical plants was studied and the problems emerged in the con- struction of Risk Management System (RMS) in our petrochemical industry and associated solutions was studied. The idea of construction and content of petrochemical equipment failure database as the foremost work in risk assessment system was put forwarded, which is of reference for the construction of RMS in Chinese petrochemical plants.
