在神经内科临床实习教学中渗透课程思政的效果研究

摘要 目的:探究在神经内科临床实习教学中渗透课程思政的效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2022年3月参与齐齐哈尔医学院第五附属医院神经内科临床实习的30名学生作为对照组,选取2022年7月—2023年3月参与临床实习的30名学生作为观察组。对照组实施传统教学,观察组实施渗透课程思政。比较两组实习学生教学成绩(理论知识、病案分析、患者问诊、专科操作、思政素养)及综合能力(疾病问诊、病案分析、问题探究、医患沟通、治疗操作)。结果:观察组理论知识、病案分析、患者问诊、专科操作、思政素养成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疾病问诊、病案分析、问题探究、医患沟通、治疗操作评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在神经内科临床实习教学中充分渗透课程思政,可提高实习学生教学成绩及综合能力,实际应用价值显著,值得推广。 Objective:To explore the effect of integrating course-based ideological and political education in clinical internship teaching of neurology department.Methods:A total of 30 students who participated in clinical internship in Neurology Department of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University from July 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the control group,and 30 students who participated in clinical internship from July 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group implemented traditional teaching and the observation group integrated course-based ideological and political education.The teaching scores(theoretical knowledge,medical record analysis,patient consultation,specialty operation)and comprehensive ability(disease consultation,medical record analysis,problem exploration,doctor-patient communication,and treatment operation)of intern students in the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of theoretical knowledge,medical record analysis,patient consultation and specialty operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.001).The scores of disease consultation,medical record analysis,problem exploration,doctor-patient communication,and treatment operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:Fully integrating course-based ideological and political education in clinical internship teaching of neurology department can improve teaching score and comprehensive ability of students,and has a significant application value,which is worthy of popularization.
