微课和翻转课堂在神经外科实习教学中的应用 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨以微课为基础联合翻转课堂教学在神经外科临床实习教学中的应用。方法选择在我科2018年9月-2019年7月进行临床实习的147名学生为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组给予以微课为基础的翻转课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统授课模式教学。教学效果的评估采用四次临床实习在线考核成绩,出科考核成绩和教学方法问卷调查。结果试验组新教学模式实施后四次在线考核成绩,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.001)及出科考试成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),且试验组出科考试及格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。与对照组学生的主观体验相比,接收新教学模式的试验组的学生主观认为更好的掌握了知识点,差异有统计学意义(93.2%vs.73.0%,P<0.01),提高了自学能力,差异有统计学意义(89.0%vs.17.6%,P<0.001)和学习主动性,差异有统计学意义(91.8%vs.41.9%,P<0.001),课堂氛围更好,差异有统计学意义(87.7%vs.71.4%,P<0.05)。试验组中54.8%的学生对神经外科产生了兴趣,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且95.9%接受新教学模式的学生认为此教学模式值得推广。结论以微课为基础的翻转课题教学模式显著提高神经外科临床实习的教学效果,培养了学生的学习主动性,提高了学生对神经外科专科的兴趣。 Objective To explore the combined application of micro-lecture and flipping classroom in clinical practice teaching of neurosurgery.Methods One hundred and forty-seven students who underwent clinical practice in our department from September 2018 to July 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into an experiment group and a control group randomly.The experiment group was given a teaching method by using micro-lecture and flipping classroom and the control group was taught using traditional lecture mode.The teaching effect was evaluated by the results of clinical practice online assessment,theory examination and teaching method questionnaire.Results The results of clinical practice online assessments(P<0.01 and P<0.001)and the results of the theory examination(P<0.001)were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group,and the pass rate of the theory examination was higher in experiment group than in control group(P<0.01).Compared with the subjective experience of students in control group,students in experiment group subjectively perceived a better knowledge(93.2%vs.73.0%,P<0.01),improved self-learning ability(89.0%vs.17.6%,P<0.001)and motivation(91.8%vs.41.9%,P<0.001),and experienced with a better classroom atmosphere(87.7%vs.71.4%,P<0.05).Additionally,54.8%of the students in the experiment group became interested in neurosurgery(P<0.05)and 95.9%of the students considered a worthy of promotion of this new teaching methods.Conclusion The combined application of micro-lecture and flipping classroom teaching model significantly improved the teaching effectiveness of clinical practice in neurosurgery,fostered learning initiative of students,and increased their attention in neurosurgery knowledge.
