摘要
目的探讨康复训练图谱量化联合本体感觉障碍康复治疗对髋关节置换术后患者康复效果的影响。方法选取2021年3月-2022年3月在本院接受髋关节置换术的患者127例作为研究对象,按照患者入院时登记身份证最后一位奇偶情况将其分为研究组和对照组,对照组64例,研究组63例。研究组患者接受康复训练图谱量化联合本体感觉障碍康复治疗,对照组患者接受常规康复训练,观察并对比治疗前两组患者的VAS评分、髋关节功能评分和治疗后7d、30d、90d、180d时的VAS评分和髋关节功能评分,观察并对比两组患者心理状态和生活质量评分,采用SAS焦虑自评表和SDS抑郁自评表以及生活质量评分表对患者的心理状态以及生活质量进行评分。结果治疗后研究组患者VAS评分、髋关节功能评分、心理状态以及生活质量均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全髋关节置换术患者采取康复训练图谱量化联合本体感觉障碍康复治疗法,能够显著改善患者的疼痛情况及髋关节功能情况,优化患者心理状态和生活质量情况,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore effect of rehabilitation training graph quantification combined with proprioceptive dysfunction rehabilitation treatment on rehabilitation effect of patients after hip replacement surgery.Methods The paper chose 127 patients with hip replacement surgery in our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 as study objects,and divided them into study group and control group based on parity of the last registered ID card at admission.Control group consisted of 64 patients and study group consisted of 63 patients.Study group was treated with rehabilitation training graph quantification combined with proprioceptive dysfunction rehabilitation,while control group with routine rehabilitation training.VAS scores,hip joint function scores and hip joint function scores before treatment,VAS scores and hip joint function scores at 7d,30d,90d and 180d after treatment,psychological status and life quality scores were observed and compared between two groups.Scores of psychological status and life quality of patients were evaluated with SAS anxiety self-assessment form,SDS depression suppression self-assessment form and life quality scoring form.Results After treatment,VAS scores,hip joint function scores,psychological state and life quality of study group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation training graph quantification combined with proprioceptive dysfunction rehabilitation can significantly improve pain and hip joint function,optimize psychological state and life quality of patients with total hip arthroplasty,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
