摘要
目的浅析连花清瘟胶囊在流行性感冒治疗中的药用价值。方法选取2021年5月-2022年5月收治的116例流行性感冒病人进行研究,随机设置对照组58例、观察组58例,对照组使用磷酸奥司他韦进行治疗,观察组则使用连花清瘟胶囊进行治疗,治疗1周后观察两组疗效。结果测量两组病人24h体温,对比治疗后2h、6h、12h、18h、24h平均体温,观察组均比对照组降低且稳定,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组临床疗效治疗后总有效率是82.76%,观察组则为96.55%,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组临床治疗后不良反应总发生率是2.45%,观察组则为3.17%,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在流行性感冒的治疗中,在磷酸奥司他韦用药基础上加用连花清瘟胶囊可以取得更确切的疗效,缩短病程,安全性高,值得推荐。
Objective To analyze medicinal value of Lianhua Qingwen capsule in treatment of influenza.Methods The paper chose 116 cases of influenza patients from May 2021 to May 2022 for study,and divided them into control group 58 cases and observation group 58 cases randomly.Control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate,observation group with Lianhua Qingwen capsule.After one week of treatment,effect between two groups was observed.Results 24-hour body temperature was detection for two groups,average body temperature at 2,6,12,18 and 24 hours after treatment in observation group was lower and more stable than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Total effective rate after treatment in control group was 82.76%,that in observation group was 96.55%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Total incidence of adverse reactions after clinical treatment in control group was 2.45%,while that in observation group was 3.17%,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion In treatment of influenza,oseltamivir phosphate plus Lianhua Qingwen capsule can achieve accurate effect,shorten disease course with high safety,which is worthy of recommending.
