摘要
目的:研究连花清瘟胶囊联合磷酸奥司他韦胶囊治疗毒热蕴肺型流行性感冒的临床疗效。方法:将120例毒热蕴肺型流行性感冒患者随机分为治疗组60例和对照组60例。治疗组采用连花清瘟胶囊联合磷酸奥司他韦胶囊,对照组采用磷酸奥司他韦胶囊,疗程均为3 d。观察两组患者的临床症状、中医证候、体温、白细胞计数、白细胞介素-1(Interleukin-1,IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、咽分泌物病毒核酸检测阴转率。结果:两组症状均改善明显(P<0.05),但组间对比,治疗组优于对照组。治疗组中医证候痊显率显著高于对照组。治疗组24 h体温痊显率显著高于对照组。治疗组3 d后白细胞恢复正常的例数显著多于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。两组均能显著降低流感病毒感染患者血清IL-1、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α的含量。两组治疗后120 h进行咽分泌物病毒核酸检测,治疗组阴转率优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:连花清瘟胶囊联合磷酸奥司他韦胶囊治疗毒热蕴肺型流行性感冒跟磷酸奥司他韦胶囊单药治疗比较疗效显著。
Objective:To study the clinical effect of the Lianhua Qingwen capsules(连花清瘟胶囊)plus the oseltamivir phosphate capsules on influenza due to poisonous heat in the lung.Methods:120 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group of 60 cases and the control group of 60 cases.The treatment group took the Lianhua Qingwen capsules plus the oseltamivir phosphate capsules,and the control group received the oseltamivir phosphate capsules.The course of treatment was all 3 days.Results:The symptoms in the groups were all significantly ameliorated(P<0.05),and in the treatment group was superior to the control group.The symptoms recovery in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.The body temperature recovery rate in 24 hours in the treatment group was obviously higher than the control group.In 3 days after treatment,the cases of white blood cells returned to normal level in the treatment group were significantly more than the control group,with a statistically significant difference.The levels of serum IL-1,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αwere significantly decreased in the groups.120 hours after treatment,pharyngeal secretions virus nucleic acid test was performed in both groups,and the negative conversion rate in the treatment group was better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Lianhua Qingwen capsules plus the oseltamivir phosphate capsules on influenza due to poisonous heat in the lung shows more significant effects compared with the oseltamivir phosphate capsules only.
