摘要
目的:探讨空气消毒机在采供血环境中的消毒效果。方法:将2018年1—12月采供血环境空气消毒监测结果作为对照组;将2019年1—12月采供血环境空气消毒监测结果作为研究组。2018年1—12月共抽检环境样品84份,2019年1—12月共抽检环境样品84份。2018年1—12月共抽检贮血设备样品75份;2019年1—12月共抽检贮血设备样品75份。对照组使用紫外线+二溴海因消毒剂+有效氯消毒剂进行消毒,研究组使用空气消毒机+二溴海因消毒剂+有效氯消毒剂进行消毒。比较两组方法清洁消毒后的采供血环境及贮血设备合格比率,静止状态下两组消毒后的平均空气菌落数水平差异,不同工作时间下两组的平均空气菌落数水平差异。结果:研究组消毒后环境及贮血设备消毒合格比率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消毒后,静止状态下研究组平均空气菌落数水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001);工作2、3及4 h后,研究组平均空气菌落数水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。结论:使用空气消毒机、二溴海因消毒剂联合有效氯消毒剂对采供血环境及贮血设备进行消毒,可显著降低空气污染,提高环境及贮血设备的消毒合格比率,降低平均空气菌落数水平,利于临床用血安全的进一步提高。
Objective:To explore the disinfection effect of air sterilizer in blood collection and supply environment.Methods:The results of air disinfection monitoring of the blood collection and supply environment from January to December 2018 were taken as the control group,and the results of air disinfection monitoring of the blood collection and supply environment from January to December 2019 were taken as the study group.A total of eighty-four environmental samples were sampled in January-December 2018 and eighty-four environmental samples were sampled in January-December 2019.A total of seventy-five samples of blood storage equipment were sampled in January-December 2018.Seventy-five samples of blood storage equipment were sampled in January-December 2019.The control group was disinfected using UV light+dibromo hydantoin disinfectant+effective chlorine disinfectant.The study group was disinfected using air sterilizer+dibromo hydantoin disinfectant+effective chlorine disinfectant.Compare the qualified ratio of blood collection and supply environment and blood storage equipment after cleaning and disinfection of the two groups,the difference in the average air colony level between the two groups after disinfection in the stationary state,and the difference in the average air colony level between the two groups under different working hours.Results:The rate of qualified disinfection of environment and blood storage equipment in the study group was higher than that in the control group after disinfection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After disinfection,the mean airborne bacterial colony level of the study group was lower than that of the control group in the resting state,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).After 2,3 and 4 h of work,the mean airborne colony count level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).Conclusion:The use of air sterilizer,dibromo hydantoin disinfectant combined with effecti
