摘要
目的:探究面部刮痧配合穴位按摩对周围性面瘫恢复期患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年12月遵义市中医院周围性面瘫恢复期患者30例,依照数字随机法分为观察组与对照组,各15例。两组患者均进行穴位按摩,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上联合面部刮痧中医特色护理。比较两组面神经功能分级、面部神经功能与面部残疾情况。结果:干预后,观察组患者1级面神经功能分级占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.046);干预后,观察组患者多伦多面神经评定系统、面部神经残疾指数评分、面部残疾躯体功能指数评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对恢复期周围性面瘫患者,实施面部刮痧配合穴位按摩治疗,优势显著,可改善患者的面部神经功能与面部残疾指数。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of facial scraping with acupressure massage on patients with peripheral facial paralysis in the recovery period.Methods:Thirty patients with peripheral facial paralysis in Zunyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from December 2021 to December 2022,and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the digital randomization method,with fifteen patients in each group.Both groups of patients were subjected to acupressure massage,the control group performed routine nursing care,and the observation group combined with facial scraping Chinese medicine characteristic nursing care on the basis of the control group.Comparison of facial nerve function grading,facial nerve function and facial disability between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the proportion of patients with grade 1 facial nerve function grading in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.046).After the intervention,the patients in the observation group had higher scores on the Toronto Facial Nerve Rating System,Facial Nerve Disability Index Score,and Facial Disability Somatic Function Index Score than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with peripheral facial paralysis in the recovery period,the implementation of facial scraping with acupressure massage treatment has significant advantages,and can improve the patients'facial nerve function and facial disability index.
