摘要
目的:探讨蜂针经穴散刺法联合常规针刺疗法对恢复期周围性面瘫患者的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月福州市长乐区中医院治疗的132例恢复期周围性面瘫患者作为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各66例。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上实施蜂针经穴散刺法联合常规针刺疗法。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后麻痹症状评分、社会功能。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组抬额受限评分、皱眉受限评分、闭眼异常评分、耸鼻受限评分、患侧面肌肌力障碍评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组社会功能量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蜂针经穴散刺法联合常规针刺疗法治疗恢复期周围性面瘫患者,能够有效改善临床治疗效果,改善面部肌肉功能,提高生活功能,帮助患者尽快康复。
Objective:To explore the effect of bee needle meridians and points scattered needling method combined with routine acupuncture therapy in patients with peripheral facial paralysis.Method:A total of 132 convalescent convalescent patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated in Fuzhou Changle District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 66 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received bee needle meridians and points scattered needling method combined with routine acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,paralysis score and social function of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of forehead lifting limitation,frowning limitation,abnormal eye closure,nose shrugging limitation,and muscle strength disorders on the affected side in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the social function scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of bee needle meridians and points scattered needling method combined with conventional acupuncture therapy can effectively improve clinical treatment effect in patients with peripheral facial paralysis during recovery,facial muscle function,life function,and help patients recover combined with as soon as possible.
