摘要
目的 探究针刺联合理气润肠方治疗慢传输型便秘肺脾气虚证的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年8月—2021年8月163例慢传输型便秘肺脾气虚证患者,依据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(81例)与观察组(82例),对照组患者予以针刺治疗,观察组在此基础上联合理气润肠方治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效,中医证候积分,大肠内标记物数量,一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)、血清神经肽(neuropeptide Y,NPY)水平以及生活质量评分。结果 观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者粪便性状、排便间隔时间、排便难易程度、汗出气短、便后乏力以及中医证候总分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且组间比较观察组降低更显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者大肠内标记物数量、NO、NPY水平均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且组间比较观察组降低更显著(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者生理状态、心理状态、担忧、满意度以及生活质量总分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且组间比较观察组降低更显著(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 针刺联合理气润肠方治疗慢传输型便秘肺脾气虚证可协同增效,显著缓解患者临床症状,在改善体内抑制性神经递质水平同时提高生活质量,安全性良好,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the curative effect of acupuncture combined with Liqi Runchang Decoction(理气润肠方)in the treatment of slow transit constipation of lung-spleen Qi deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 163 patients with slow transit constipation of lung-spleen Qi deficiency syndrome were treated in the hospital between August 2019 and August 2021.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(81 cases)and observation group(82 cases).Patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture,and patients in the observation group were treated with Liqi Runchang Decoction on this basis.Clinical effect,TCM syndrome scores,markers count in large intestine,nitric oxide(NO),serum neuropeptide(NPY)and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment response rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores for stool character,defecation interval,difficulty of defecation,sweating and shortness of breath,fatigue after defecation,and the total TCM syndrome score were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,marker count,NO and NPY were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores for physiological state,psychological state,worry and satisfaction,and the total score of quality of life were significantly decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Liqi Runchang Decoction can improve the curative effect on slow transit constipation of lung-spleen Qi deficiency syndrome,significantly relieve clinical symptoms
