摘要
[目的/意义]调研京津冀地区信息资源管理(Information Resources Management,IRM)学科人才需求现状,以期为毕业生提供就业方向指导。[方法/过程]在文献梳理的基础上,结合网络爬虫和人工筛选的方式获取招聘信息,并使用自然语言处理、社会网络分析等方法,分析招聘单位性质、地区分布、学历和工作经验需求、岗位类型以及人才技能需求的特点。[结果/结论]招聘单位主要为私企,单位所在地以北京地区居多;学历需求以本科为主,短期工作经验的需求较多,且招聘单位对学历较高者可降低其工作经验要求;招聘单位对IRM人才的技能需求主要为基本技能和专业技能,且IRM技能的适用性较广。在研究分析的基础上,尝试提出面向需求的IRM学科人才培养路径。
[Purpose/significance]To investigate the current situation of talent demands for IRM discipline in the BeijingTianjin-Hebei region,so as to provide employment direction guidance for graduates.[Method/process]On the basis of literature combing,this study combines the web crawler and manual screening to obtain recruitment information,and uses natural language processing,social network analysis and other methods to analyze the characteristics of employer nature and regional distribution,academic qualifications and work experience demands,job types and talent skill demands.[Result/conclusion]It is found that the employers are mainly private companies,and the working places are mostly in Beijing;the academic demands are mainly undergraduate,there are more demands for short-term work experience,and the employers can reduce the work experience demands for those with higher education;the skill demands for IRM talents are mainly basic skills and professional skills,and the applicability of IRM skills is relatively wide.On the basis of the study analysis,try to put forward the demand-oriented talent training path of IRM discipline.
