摘要
高校图书馆的招聘信息可以从一定程度上反映最新的岗位需求,而岗位设置的变化又促使图书馆进行机构重组与变革。文章选取近期代表性高校图书馆的岗位招聘信息进行分析,探讨其对岗位需求的新变化和新要求;同时考察部分图书馆在应对岗位需求变化中进行的机构重组和优化设置,从这些现实案例中探寻图书馆未来的岗位设置和机构变革的发展趋势。研究认为学科化服务将是高校图书馆岗位设置的重心,学习与研究支持将是图书馆业务的核心,跨部门工作小组将是图书馆协同的主要方式,图书馆岗位需求将向多元化、复合型转变,图书馆机构设置将向集约化、综合性发展。
The recruitment information of university libraries could reflect the latest post demand to a certain extent.And the change of post setting will also promote the restructuring and reform of the libraries.Representative recruitment information of university libraries is analyzed,and new changes and new requirements for the post demand also discussed in the paper.Meanwhile,it examines restructuring and optimization of some libraries in response to the change of post demand.It thus explores development trend of the future post and institutional change of the libraries from these practical cases.The study believes that the subject service will be the center of the library's post setting,and the study and research support will be the core of the library business.Interdepartmental working group will be the main way of the library cooperation.The demand for the post of the library will be diversified and complex,and the setting of the library orga nization will be intensive and comprehensive.
