摘要
厚煤层综采作业过程中不同程度存在自动化、智能化程度不高、效率低等问题。本文从井下综采作业工艺流程上着手,对影响井下综采作业效率的因素进行分析,拟定提出了一种新的煤矿井下厚煤层综采作业技术,即以智能化综采控制为核心,通过高效支护、采煤机自动截割、井下联动运行控制,实现了厚煤层综采作业效率和安全性提升的新技术。通过五阳矿实际应用表明,该技术能够将厚煤层综采作业效率提升44.7%,将作业人员数量减少52.9%,达到了井下厚煤层综采高效作业的目的。
In view of the low automation,intelligence and efficiency during fully-mechanized mining in thick coal seam,the author presents a new intelligent-control-centered fully mechanized mining technology by analysis of mining operation process and influential factors on operation efficiency in Wuyang Colliery,which can increase the operation efficiency by 44.7%,decrease the operator number by 52.9%through high-efficiency support,automatic cutting of shearer and underground coordinated operation control and realize the safe and high-efficiency mining in thick coal seam.
