摘要
本文针对现有标准恒温油槽无法精确控制升降温速率的问题,研制一种基于可调速率控温技术的标准恒温油槽,采取两套制冷系统,提高了升降温速率控制精度。结果表明:该恒温槽的温度范围为(30~160)℃,可调升降温速率范围(0.1~1.0)℃/min,实现了电接点双金属温度计设定点误差的校准,其扩展不确定度优于0.5℃(k=2),在温度开关类产品的校准和检定中,具有良好的应用前景。
Aiming at the problem that the current standard constant temperature oil tank can not accurately control the rate of rise and fall,a standard constant temperature oil tank based on the adjustable rate temperature control technology is developed in this paper.The results show that the temperature range of the thermostatic chamber is(30~160)℃,and the rate of rise and fall can be adjusted(0.1~1.0)℃/min.The set point error calibration of the electric contact bimetal thermometer is realized,and the extended uncertainty is better than 0.5℃(k=2),which has a good application prospect in the calibration and verification of temperature switch products.
