摘要
针对现有标准恒温油槽降温过程耗时长、效率低的问题,研制基于快速降温技术的新型恒温油槽。该恒温槽由恒温源系统和降温循环系统组成,采用风冷散热器作为降温装置,显著提高了恒温槽降温速率。实验结果表明,恒温油槽的温度范围为(80~300)℃,有效工作区域内温场均匀性优于0.01℃,波动性优于0.01℃/10min,快速冷热介质交换最大降温速度可达10℃/min。
In order to solve the problems of long time-consuming and low efficiency in the cooling process ofstandard constant temperature oil bath,A new type standard oil bath based on rapid cooling technology is devel-oped.'The oil bath is composed of a constant temperature source system and a cooling circulation system.Air-cooled radiator is used as cooling device,and the cooling rate of the oil bath is increased significantly.'The experi-mental results show that,the temperature range of the oil bath is from(80~300)℃,the temperature uniformity isbetter than 0.01℃,the temperature volatility is better than 0.01℃/10min,and the maximum cooling rate canreach to 10℃/min based on the exchange of hot and cold medium.
