摘要
本文基于工控机平台通用通讯技术,设计了新一代微波组件自动测试系统,其测试软件基于TestStand 2017和LabVIEW 2017软件平台搭建而成,采用TCP/IP协议与仪器仪表通信交互,将一个测试软件平台兼容多种型号微波组件测试,并测试程序与测试数据分离,实现了测试数据、执行逻辑、显示界面的模块化。同时,进行实际微波组件测试实验验证,为同类型测试产品的自动测试系统研发和设计提供参考。
Based on the general communication technology of industrial computer platform,this paper designs a new generation of microwave component automatic test system.Its test software is built on the TestStand 2017 and LabVIEW 2017 software platforms,and uses TCP/IP protocol to communicate and interact with instruments.A test software platform is compatible with various types of microwave component testing.The test program and test data are separated,and the modularization of test data,execution logic and display interface is realized.At the same time,the experimental verification of microwave components is carried out to provide reference for the development and design of automatic test system for the same type of test products.
