摘要
随着卫星有效载荷技术的发展,微波通道的数量逐渐增多,为了能够实现多入多出信道间的透明转发,需要使用微波开关矩阵来实现不同信道间的连接和隔离。由于卫星上空间有限,以往基于微波集成电路的开关矩阵由于体积较大而占用了较多卫星资源。文章研究了一种通过使用低温共烧陶瓷技术(LTCC)的8×8开关矩阵,该方案可以实现小型化,同时能够满足卫星使用需求。
With the rapid development of payloads of satellites, more and more microwave signal channels are employed in the communication systems. Sometimes these channels need to be linked and switched. Switch matrices are employed to link a number of input signals to many output signals. Previously, microwave switching matrices in satellites are assembled by microwave integrate circuit, but this kind of switching metrics occupy too much place and weight. This paper proposes an 8X8 switch matrices by using low temperature co fired ceramic (LTCC) technology. This technology can be used to con- struct the interconnect microwave circuits. Foremost, it greatly decreases the volume of 8X8 switch metrics.
