摘要
目的:分析针对性护理联合焦点式心理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者的影响。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月仙游县总医院收治的200例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象。根据就诊序号单双数将其分为参照组(单数)与研究组(双数),各100例。参照组实施常规护理,研究组实施针对性护理联合焦点式心理干预。比较两组护理前后负性情绪、血糖水平及母婴结局。结果:护理后,研究组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良母婴结局发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用针对性护理联合焦点式心理干预可显著改善妊娠期糖尿病患者负性情绪,有效控制血糖,有效改善母婴结局。
Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing combined with focused psychological intervention on patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 200 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Xianyou County General Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into reference group(singular)and study group(even)according to the single and even number of medical numbers,with 100 cases in each group.The reference group implemented routine nursing,and the study group implemented targeted nursing combined with focused psychological intervention.Negative emotion,blood glucose level before and after nursing and maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the anxiety score and depression score of the study group were lower than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using targeted nursing combined with focused psychological intervention can significantly improve the negative emotion of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,effectively control blood glucose,and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
