摘要
鼻咽癌是东南亚地区常见的头颈部恶性肿瘤,早期诊断和精准治疗极其重要。诱导化疗前准确预测肿瘤治疗反应可在鼻咽癌患者的个体化治疗策略中发挥重要作用。目前,多模态MRI、CT和PET等影像学检查能获取反映鼻咽癌结构、功能、代谢及分子水平改变的重要信息,影像组学也可从医学图像中获取高通量的特征来反映肿瘤异质性,极大地改变了对鼻咽癌诊断、预后和治疗计划的认识。本文就影像组学在鼻咽癌诱导化疗疗效及预后预测中的研究进展予以综述。
Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is a common head and neck malignancy in Southeast Asia.The early diagnosis and precise treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma are extremely significant.Individualized treatment strategies for patients with nasopha-ryngeal carcinoma may benefit from accurate prediction of tumor treatment response prior to induction chemotherapy.Currently,imaging examinations such as multimodal MRI,CT and PET can obtain important information reflecting structural,functional,met-abolic and molecular level alterations in nasopharyngeal carcinoma,and radiomics can also extract high-throughput features from medical images to reflect tumor heterogeneity,which have significantly changed the understanding of the diagnosis,prognosis and treatment planning of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.This article reviewed the research progress of radiomics in predicting the fficacy of induction chemotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma and the prognosis.
