摘要
目的探究GAPS(goal,analyze,problem,solution)管理模型在门诊药房抗生素合理用药中的应用价值。方法抽取2021年6月-2021年12月未开展GAPS管理模型采用常规抗生素管理模型的63份处方作为对照组,按1∶1比例选取开展GAPS管理模型(2022年1月-2022年7月)后的63份处方作为观察组,观察比较两组抗生素处方不合理利用情况、不良反应发生率。结果观察组抗生素不合理使用情况显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将GAPS管理模型运用于西药房抗生素管理中,有利于提高抗生素合理利用率,避免出现药物耐受性,有利于充分发挥药物作用,降低患者运用抗生素的不良反应发生率,有利于保障患者临床疾病治疗的有效性及安全性。
Objective To explore the application value of GAPS(goal,analyze,problem,solution)management model in the rational antibiotic use in outpatient pharmacy.Methods 63 prescriptions without GAPS management model using conventional antibiotic management model from June 2021 to December 2021 were selected as control group,and another 63 prescriptions after GAPS management model(from January 2022 to July 2022)were enrolled as observation group at a ratio of 1∶1.The irrational use of antibiotic prescription and the incidence rates of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The irrational use of antibiotics in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rates of adverse reactions were lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion GAPS management model in antibiotic management in western pharmacy is conducive to improving the rational utilization rate of antibiotics,avoiding the drug tolerance,giving full play to the effects of drugs,reducing the incidence rate of adverse reactions in patients using antibiotics,and ensuring the effectiveness and safety of patients in the treatment of clinical diseases.
