摘要
本文从开发基于BIM技术的建筑工程项目数字化资产管理平台的角度,通过实际调查研究及理论分析,分别从技术路线、平台架构、网络架构、三维可视化引擎技术等多项关键技术选型入手,提出了中交天之阙建筑数字化资产管理平台的开发方案与实施路径,为推进BIM在运维阶段的深度应用提供有益参考。
From the angle of the digital management platform of operation and maintenance of the building.through the actual investigation and theoretical analysis,starting from the selection of several key technologies such as technical route,platform architecture,network architecture,3D visualization engine technology and so on,this paper puts forward the development scheme and path of operation and maintenance management platform based on BIM technology,to promote the construction of Digital Assets Management Platform for reference.
