摘要
近年来,食品安全事件频频发生,其中流通环节的食品质量安全问题更为突出。不合格食品通过各种渠道流入市场,会扰乱市场秩序,并对消费者的权益造成极大的伤害。因此,需要加强食品安全监管,保障公众的生命和健康。本文对食品安全、流通环节食品安全管理的意义进行了概述,分析了当前流通环节食品安全管理存在的问题,并提出了相应的食品安全管理策略,以供参考。
In recent years,food safety incidents have occurred frequently,with food quality and safety issues in the circulation sector becoming more prominent.Unqualified food entering the market through various channels can disrupt market order and cause great harm to consumers’rights and interests.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen food safety supervision and ensure the life and health of the public.This article provides an overview of the concept of food safety and the significance of food safety management in the circulation process.It analyzes the current problems in food safety management in the circulation process and proposes corresponding food safety management strategies for reference.
