新型测井绞车面板系统的开发

摘要 ECLISP5700成像测井系统仅配置一套用于显示深度、速度、张力等关键数据的绞车面板,一旦该面板工作异常,测井施工将面临较大作业风险。通过分析绞车面板与数据采集面板之间的硬件串口连接和软件通信协议,开发了一种可运行于Windows系统上的新型测井绞车面板系统(ECLIPS-PC HPS)。该系统可直接替代工作异常的绞车面板,保障测井施工顺利进行。现场应用表明,ECLIPS-PC HPS系统稳定性和适用性良好,弥补了ECLISP5700成像测井系统没有备用绞车面板的不足。 In the ECLIPS5700 logging system,there is only a set of winch panels on surface system to display key data such as depth,speed and tension.Once the panel is abnormal,the logging job will take a huge operational risk.By analyzing the hardware serial connection and communication protocol between the winch panel and the data acquisition panel,a new logging winch panel system ECLIPS-PC HPS is developed which can run on the Windows system.The ECLIPS-PC HPS can directly replace the abnormal winch panel to ensure the logging operation run smoothly.Field application shows that the new logging winch panel system has good stability and applicability,and it effectively makes up the shortage of logging system without a backup winch panel.
