河南某低品位银铅锌多金属矿选矿试验研究 被引量:3

Experimental Study on Mineral Processing of a Low-grade Ag-Pb-Zn Polymetallic Ore in Henan Province

摘要 为降低河南某低品位银铅锌多金属矿生产成本、增加经济效益,在详细的工艺矿物学研究基础上,进行了智能预选、工艺流程及参数优化试验。结果表明,适宜的智能预选粒度范围为15~50 mm,抛废率为25.03%,Pb、Zn和Ag的品位提高至1.07%、1.15%和202.4 g/t,分别提高了25.88%、17.35%和15.08%;采用铅锌依次浮选工艺流程回收铅锌,银富集至铅、锌精矿中,铅浮选工艺流程为“一粗三精一扫”,锌浮选流程为“一粗两精一扫”,最终可获得Ag品位和回收率分别为6863.8 g/t和56.21%、Pb品位和回收率分别为52.64%和87.52%的银铅精矿,Ag品位和回收率分别为1496.8 g/t和11.50%、Zn品位和回收率分别为45.28%和65.20%的锌精矿。同时可看出,自主研发的新型捕收剂XYS-1对本矿石具有较好的适用性。研究结果为低品位银铅锌多金属矿的开发利用提供了新的思路和借鉴。 In order to reduce the production cost and increase the economic benefit of a low-grade Ag-Pb-Zn polymetallic ore in Henan province,the intelligent pre-concentration,process flow and parameter optimization tests were carried out based on the detailed process mineralogy research.The results showed that the suitable size range of intelligent preselection was 15—50mm,the rate of discard was 25.03%,the grade of Pb,Zn and Ag was increased to 1.07%,1.15%and 202.4g/t,increased by 25.88%,17.35%and 15.08%respectively.Lead and zinc were recovered by adopting a lead and zinc sequential flotation process flow,the flowsheet of lead flotation was one roughing,three cleanings and one scavenging,and the flowsheet of zinc flotation was one roughing,two cleanings and one scavenging,and the final silverlead concentrate with Ag grade and recovery of 6863.8g/t and 56.21%,Pb grade and recovery of 52.64%and 87.52%can be obtained.Zinc concentrate with Ag grade and recovery of 1496.8g/t and 11.50%,Zn grade and recovery of 45.28%and 65.20%,respectively.At the same time,it can be seen that the selfdeveloped new collector XYS-1has good applicability to the ore.The results provided a new idea and reference for the development and utilization of low-grade Ag-Pb-Zn polymetallic ore.
