某高硫铜铅锌矿选矿工艺研究 被引量:6

摘要 某高硫铜铅锌矿中含有部分次生铜矿物、闪锌矿及黄铁矿,这部分矿物在铜铅作业段容易上浮,影响浮选指标。因此,针对这两种矿物的有效抑制开展了试验研究。结果表明,试验过程中需要添加一定量的硫化钠来消除次生铜的影响;组合使用石灰、硫酸锌、硫化钠和BK612可以抑制铜铅浮选作业中的黄铁矿及闪锌矿;采用"铅铜等可浮—铜异步强化浮选—锌浮选"流程,能够解决次生铜及黄铁矿的影响,获得铜铅混合精矿和高品质铜精矿及合格锌精矿。 There are some secondary copper minerals,sphalerite and pyrite in a high-sulfur copperlead-zinc ore,which are easy to float in the copper-lead operation section and affect the flotation index.Therefore,the effective inhibition of these two minerals was studied.The results show that it is necessary to add a certain amount of sodium sulfide to eliminate the influence of secondary copper.The combined use of lime,zinc sulfate,sodium sulfide and BK612 can depress pyrite and sphalerite in copperlead flotation.The flowsheet of lead and copper equal flotation-copper asynchronous intensified flotationzinc flotation can solve the influence of secondary copper and pyrite,and obtain copper-lead bulk concentrate,high-quality copper concentrate and qualified zinc concentrate.
