摘要
油页岩受热可分解为干馏气、页岩油及半焦三相产品,同时会产生少量水。油页岩低温热解可实现油页岩的高效利用,本文阐述了油页岩低温热解的反应过程以及分析了粒径、反应温度、反应压力、气氛、催化热解以及生物质与油页岩共热解对热解产物的影响,以期促进我国油页岩低温热解技术的发展。
Oil shale can be decomposed by heat into dry distillation gas,shale oil and semi-coke three-phase products,while a small amount of water will be produced.Low-temperature pyrolysis of oil shale can achieve efficient utilization of oil shale.This paper describes the reaction process of low temperature pyrolysis of oil shale and analyzes the effects of particle size,reaction temperature,reaction pressure,atmosphere,catalytic pyrolysis and co-pyrolysis of biomass and oil shale on pyrolysis products in order to promote the development of low temperature pyrolysis technology of oil shale.
