褐煤和水热炭共热解实验研究 被引量:1

Experimental Study on Co-pyrolysis of Lignite and Hydrothermal Carbon

摘要 通过热重分析技术对褐煤和两种比较常见的水热炭(厨余垃圾水热炭、瓜皮水热炭)的热解特性进行了研究,考察了水热炭掺混比例对褐煤热解的影响。结果表明:随着水热炭掺混比例的增加,褐煤挥发分越易析出,综合特性指数D可以很好地表征不同掺混比例下挥发分释放难易程度。水热炭的掺混对褐煤挥发分的析出起到了促进作用。相同比例下,瓜皮水热炭对褐煤挥发分析出的促进效果比厨余垃圾水热炭好。褐煤与水热炭共热解是否存在协同效应与水热炭的种类及掺混比例密切相关。 Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) was used to study the pyrolysis characteristics of lignite and two common hydrothermal carbon(kitchen waste and melon skin), and the influence of the mixing ratio of hydrothermal carbon on lignite pyrolysis was investigated. The results show that as the mixing ratio of hydrothermal carbon, the volatile of lignite compounds are more easily precipitated, and the comprehensive characteristic index D can well characterize the difficulty of volatile compounds release under different mixing ratio. The mixing of hydrothermal carbon promoted the release of volatiles from lignite. In the same proportion, the hydrothermal carbon of melon skin promoted the release of volatiles from lignite better than that of kitchen waste. The synergistic effect of co-pyrolysis of lignite and hydrothermal carbon is closely related to the type and mixing ratio of hydrothermal carbon.
