摘要
为了实现高素质创新型人才培养的目标,以上海理工大学能源与动力工程学院“制冷空调装置测试技术”为例对本研一体化教学培养模式基于实践教学创新研究,明确了课程建设体系及培养目标,提出了本研一体化实践教学建设举措。通过本研一体化教学培养模式进行改革能够充分调动学生对专业方向的学习热情、主动性和积极性,提高学生的研究性学习能力、竞争能力及创新性能力,达到新时期下工科类本科生、研究生的培养目标。
In order to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality innovative talents,taking the refrigeration and air conditioning device testing technology of the College of Energy and Power engineering of Shanghai University of Science and Technology as an example.This paper makes an innovative research on the integrated teaching and training mode of this research based on practical teaching,clarifies the curriculum construction system and training objectives,and puts forward the construction measures of the integrated practical teaching of this research.The reform of the integrated teaching and training mode of this research can fully mobilize students’enthusiasm,initiative and enthusiasm for learning in the professional direction,improve students’research-based learning ability,competitive ability and innovative ability,and achieve the training objectives of engineering undergraduates and graduate students in the new era.
