铁基载氧体化学链氧化氨气特性的实验研究

摘要 NH3燃烧会不可避免地生成氮氧化物等污染物。化学链燃烧技术因其自身性质,为提高NH3燃烧特性提供了一种研究手段。铁基载氧体因具有良好的反应活性等特点,被广泛用于化学链反应中。该文采用浸渍法制备Fe_(2)O_(3)/Al2O3铁基载氧体。在不同温度下,对不同质量分数的Fe_(2)O_(3)/Al2O3进行化学链氧化NH3和循环稳定性的实验研究。结果可知,在900~1000℃,当Fe_(2)O_(3)质量分数在30%~50%时,Fe_(2)O_(3)/Al2O3的NH3转化率平均在95%以上。反应稳定后,N2选择性保持在99%左右。结果表明,氨氛围下铁基载氧体具有较好的化学链燃烧性质,能够为氨燃烧、解决氨逃逸和铁基载氧体相关研究提供一定参考。 The combustion of NH3 inevitably produces pollutants such as nitrogen oxide.Chemical looping combustion technology provides a research method for improving NH3 combustion characteristics because of its own properties.Iron-based oxygen carriers have been widely used in chemical chain reactions due to their excellent reactivity.In this paper,Fe_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) iron-based oxygen carriers are prepared with the impregnation method.The chemical chain oxidation of NH3 and cyclic stability of Fe_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) are studied at different temperatures and mass fraction.The results show the average NH3 conversion rate of Fe_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3) is over 95%at 900~1000℃,when the mass fraction of Fe_(2)O_(3) is 30%~50%.The selectivity of N2 remains about 99%after the reaction is stable.The results show that iron-based oxygen carriers have good chemical looping combustion properties in ammonia atmosphere,which can provide some references for ammonia combustion,ammonia escape and iron-based oxygen carriers.
