随着汽车行业的不断发展,汽车研发体系扮演着越来越关键的角色。然而,当前汽车研发体系存在一些问题,如建设缺乏长远规划、技术实践与科研关联度差等。为了提升汽车研发水平,需要构建新能源智能化汽车研发体系专业体系、强化汽车研发体系硬软件改造升级、构建高水平人才队伍体系、科学构建智能化管理模式和构建可靠的评价机制,价应基于客观指标、按一定周期进行、注重反馈机制,并且应注重可比性和趋势性,从而更好地促进的持续发展。通过持续推进评价机制的优化与升级,汽车研发体系才能更好地适应新时代的发展需求,助力汽车创新和智能化进程的推进。
