摘要
目的:以白术、白芍为原料,制备中药美白面膜,并验证其美白功效。方法:检测白术和白芍的醇提取物吸收紫外线、抑制酪氨酸酶活性、清除超氧阴离子与1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基的能力,通过正交试验筛选制备面膜较优配方。结果:中药醇提取物清除超氧阴离子的IC50值为1 307μg/ml;清除DPPH自由基的IC50值为2.959μg/ml;抑制酪氨酸酶活性的IC50值为55.83μg/ml。中药面膜的较优配方为:中药醇提取物0.15%,卡波姆1%,羧丙甲基纤维素2.25%,山梨醇8%,三乙醇胺2%。面膜稳定性良好,当面膜浓度为0.13 g/ml时,酪氨酸酶的清除高达69.53%。结论:白术、白芍中药面膜外观性状稳定,pH符合标准,且具有抗紫外、抗氧化、抑制酪氨酸酶活性能力作用,具有美白效果。
Objective A new type of facial mask was prepared from Atractylodis and Paeoniae Radix Alba,and verify its whitening eff ect.Methods Detected the ability of Atractylodis and Paeoniae Radix Alba,which include absorbing ultraviolet light,inhibiting tyrosinase activity and scavengeing superoxide anion and DPPH free radical.Through orthogonal test,the best formula of the facial mask was screened.Results The IC50 value of alcohol extract of traditional Chinese medicine on scavenging superoxide anionis,DPPH free radical and tyrosinase is 1307μg/ml,2.959μg/ml,55.83μg/ml.Traditional Chinese medicine masks Optimum formula is 0.15%of Chinese medicine alcohol extract,1%of Carbomer 940,2.25%of carboxymethyl cellulose,8%of sorbitol,2%of triethanolamine.For facial mask,which has good stability,when the mask mass concentration is 0.13 g/ml,thetyrosinase removal rate is as high as 69.53%.Conclusion The facial mask of Atractylodis and Paeoniae Radix Alba is stable in appearance,the pH is up to the standard,and it has the functions of anti-ultraviolet,anti-oxidation,and inhibition of the activity of complex amino acid enzyme,and has whitening effect.
